Warranty and Returns

Warranty.

Your Bont Rowing product is covered by warranty for a period of 12 months (24 months in Europe) from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of product. Items that not covered under warranty include:

  • Any part of the product that has been involved in a crash.
  • Anything where the damage has been caused by the user.

For all warranty claims where product has been purchased from a third party, please contact the place of purchase.

For products purchased directly from Bont Rowing, please contact Bont Rowing via info@bontrowing.com with the following information:

  • Copy of the receipt of purchase.
  • Clear photos of the damage itself and the entire product.
  • Description of the fault.
  • Your name, address, contact number and email address.

Once information is submitted a representative will contact you within two working days.

Returns

Bont Rowing offer a 30-day returns policy on any full price shoes or parts purchased from our online store. Any product being returned or exchanged must be in original condition and show no signs of installation of parts or hardware. Follow the instructions below for a fast and hassle-free return and refund.

Once received, refunds are generally processed within five working days.


All full-priced product(s) are illegible for return and refund – excluding shipping – within 30 days of being received. All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Return shipping costs and insurance must be covered by the customer. Unfortunately Bont Rowing is unable to accept liability for any damaged, lost or delayed return products.

At Bont Rowing, we have done everything possible to ensure your size selection is the right one. We understand however, that even with our Size Wizard and Size Chart, it's not always possible to determine the best fit without trying them on. So, that's why we give you 30 days from receipt to return your shoes for a refund.

Once received, all returned shoes will be checked and processed before any refund is provided. If your order is being returned with the intention of re-ordering a size bigger/smaller, simply make your new purchase via our online store and the item/s will be processed as a new order. Be advised Bont Rowing does not have an exchange policy.

As per our returns policy, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the nearest warehouse in addition to shipment of replacement product(s). Please be advised we recommend you take up insurance when returning any products as Bont Rowing cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or delayed items.

In order to return an item, please download the returns PDF from your original order confirmation and follow the instructions for return. Please note, a return number is not required. If the returns PDF is unavailable, email info@bontrowing.com with the following information.

- Your order number,
- Reason for return
- Return shipping address including full name of recipient, email and contact phone number

A representative from Bont Rowing will contact you within two working days with details on the nearest location for return products.

All products(s) purchases in store should returned to the retailer for exchange and/or refund.

Exchange of shoes from our Clearance section will incur a handling fee of $15.
